The first thing you will find hard to believe after listening to this Song is it's release date.
The other things that will seem unbelievable to you is the Composition, the Lyrics, the Guitars, the Vocals, the ambience and the Impact it will have on You.

This Song is one of the Greatest pieces Of Classical Rock ever created.
Engineered by the Progressive Rock band Kansas, this song was one of the first ever hard rock songs to feature on the US Billboard Hot 100 at #11.

The Song was written by Kerry Livgren for the album Leftoverture featuring keyboardist/vocalist Jeff Glixman, guitarist/vocalist Steve Walsh, along with drummer Phil Ehart and bassist Dave Hope.

The Song turned out to be the first bona fide hit of the band and helped the album achieve triple platinum status. Legends say the song was recorded in a swamp of Louisiana. This song has appeared in several movies, including Heroes (1977), Happy Gilmore (1996) and Anchorman - The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) and recently it has become an integral part of the Supernatural TV series playing as a perfect tune for the Winchester Brothers.

The lyrics of the Song are truly a class apart, bound to inspire each one of us.
"Carry On My Wayward Son , there'll be peace when you are done.
Lay your weary head to rest, don't you cry no more.
 "
